The Smart Cents Camp is a 2-week virtual experience that teaches tweens and early teens the foundations of personal finance through fun simulations, group challenges, and interactive lessons. We pair numbers with psychology to help students not just understand money—but how their choices shape financial futures.

Activity Overview:

This camp is a fun, hands-on experience designed to build financial confidence in kids. Students will explore:

How money works in everyday life
Smart saving, spending, and giving habits
Entrepreneurial thinking and mini business planning
Budgeting tools and goal setting
Ways to earn, track, and grow their own money

By the end, they’ll present a personal money plan or mini business pitch at our virtual “Smart Cents Showcase.” This will be scheduled for all participating students.
